Returns Policy
You must call within 5 business days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise. You will be responsible for return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in original package and in unused condition.
If you need to return an item, please Call Us at 1-855-437-6777, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Any product concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All items are subject to a seasonal warranty unless otherwise noted.

Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in the original order that you place with Rotary Tree Products. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We will then contact you to present your total bill including the freight costs and shipping time frame. While we make every possible effort to ensure timely shipment, ultimate delivery date is dependent upon the carrier and unable to be guaranteed by Rotary Tree Products.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Some of our products require freight shipping only, and are marked as such on the individual product pages.
We ship small/medium orders mainly by FedEx ground, which we have found to be the most economical.
